Prior to co-founding Cloud Harbor, Mr. Barlow spent seven years at Appian Corporation, a leading BPMS vendor. He was VP & General Manager of Appian Anywhere, the first complete Business Process Management Suite to be delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. Prior to joining Appian Mr. Barlow held posts as Senior Vice President, Technology and Operations at iBeacon.com, Inc. and Sr. Vice President, Healthcare Information Technology at ProVantage Health Services, Inc. He has been part of successful projects at organizations such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Telus, Concur Technologies, Manulife Financial/John Hancock, Merck & Co., CVS Caremark and Walgreens.
George has extensive presentation experience with Wall Street analysts and investors, venture capital firms and technology industry analysts. He has also participated both strategically and tactically in a successful NYSE IPO. Mr. Barlow is also a frequent speaker at industry events and has published numerous articles, white papers and blogs about BPM and Cloud Computing. Prior to co-founding Cloud Harbor, Mr. Hilbert held the VP of Sales positions for Appian, and most recently, Cordys, our selected strategic partner. Jim has sold and implemented many successful multi-million dollar enterprise BPM software projects and Professional Services engagements. Jim has also served as a VP of Sales for other high profile leaders in the high-tech business including EMC, Tivoli and Amdahl.
Jim has an M&A background in the software industry, successful IPO experience, high-tech marketing and branding experience, extensive experience building sales revenue and sales compensation models, and over 20 years of contract development and negotiation experience.

Prior to joining Cloud Harbor, Mr. Smith’s career focused on operations excellence in the Automotive, High Tech and Consumer Goods industries by helping clients in the development and delivery of performance analytics, process redesign and change management systems for both strategic and process-focused change initiatives. His key skills include Business Process Management, Performance Improvement & Management, Performance Metrics Systems, Operations Research, Product Development, Marketing and Software Development. From reducing change-over times on manufacturing equipment to streamlining transactional processes, Mr. Fulop is a passionate leader of continuous improvement. In addition to spending seven years with TaylorMade-adidas Golf as Manager of Finance Systems, he served five years with General Electric and three years with Price Waterhouse. In addition to being a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt, he holds Masters degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Information Systems Management (MISM).
