Training & Certification Services

Cloud Harbor provides formal and informal training in all things process related. We also offer classes and certifications for Cloud Harbor platform development. In addition to these classes we also offer "train the trainer" courses aimed at qualifying people to provide training within their own organizations. Cloud Harbor understands that the success of your BPM initiative will be measured by more than just the performance of the selected solution. It will be measured as well by how effectively Cloud Harbor transfers knowledge of our software to your personnel.

Cloud Harbor’s BPM platform was expressly designed for the type of environment in which customers use our tools to quickly build and deploy processes specific to their business—without the need for vendor intervention. The system’s ease of use, combined with its convenient web-based access for all user roles (including process designers), makes it possible for users to become productive rapidly. Your users experienced in working with common Microsoft Office applications will have the requisite skills to be Cloud Harbor BOP power users.

The Cloud Harbor Education Services team is focused on helping our customers leverage BPM to achieve greater return on investment. Featuring a comprehensive curriculum, Cloud Harbor courses and learning tracks teach both business and IT personnel how to effectively use, customize, and develop Cloud Harbor BOP process-based applications.

Cloud Harbor offers many courses and certifications consisting of standard sets of courses focused on specific levels of Cloud Harbor BOP users. Our flexible training programs include instructor-led standard and custom courses, as well as learning tracks and certification programs. Courses are held in locations convenient to our customers. Cloud Harbor hosts frequent classes, and on-site training is also available.
